First-Service Deal Details

Conditions

• The customer must not have previously received a paid service from Tech Neighbor.
• The discount applies to the approved labor price for the customer’s first completed service.
• Most standard services cost $20–$40 before the discount and $10–$20 after the discount.
• The offer is limited to one use per customer, regardless of the number of devices, appointments, email addresses, or accounts used.
• The discount does not apply to third-party expenses, including paid software and subscriptions.
• The offer cannot be combined with another discount or promotion.
• Canceling an appointment before approved paid work begins will not use the discount.
• If approved paid work begins and the customer asks Tech Neighbor to stop, the discount will apply to any eligible labor charge owed, and the offer will be considered used.
• The offer has no cash value and cannot be applied to an earlier service.
• Tech Neighbor may change or end this promotion for future appointments. Discounts already approved for scheduled appointments will still be honored.
• Tech Neighbor may use its customer and service records to confirm eligibility for the discount.
