Founded in 2026, Tech Neighbor provides friendly, one-on-one software assistance to the Franklin, North Carolina community.

Tech Neighbor is legally owned and overseen by James Thurmond. Day-to-day services are managed by an aspiring cybersecurity student with an interest in helping others feel more comfortable using technology.

As Tech Neighbor grows, additional supervised team members may assist with scheduling, customer communication, and other administrative tasks.
